Terms of Service
These are the agreements between us and every Gardener who enters the Garden.
1. Welcome
Fruit of the Soil (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers holistic wellness education, spiritual support, and practitioner-guided services through this website. By using the site, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, scheduling with a Guide, or making a purchase from The Harvest, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What we offer
Our services include educational content, discovery consults, comprehensive assessments, guided care recommendations, and wellness products. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, and nothing on this site replaces care from a qualified healthcare professional. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of what we do and do not provide.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an inquiry. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Some areas of the site, such as Your Garden, are invite-only and require an approved inquiry before access is granted.
4. Scheduling and payments
Booking a Guide requires an approved recommendation. Payments for services and The Harvest products are processed through our payment provider. Fees are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings that violate these terms.
5. Conduct
We ask that all Gardeners and visitors interact with the site, Guides, and staff with respect. We may suspend or terminate access for harassment, misuse, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms the community or the practice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, audio, graphics, and code — is owned by Fruit of the Soil or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruit of the Soil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product at issue.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the Garden evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
