Arrive · Garden Tending

Come as you are.

Let us listen for what is asking to be tended.

Every being arrives carrying a story.

Garden Tending is where we begin, not by choosing a therapy, but by listening — across the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

There is no need to arrive already knowing the way.

Sometimes the first act of tending is simply allowing yourself to be witnessed.

The Path

The Path as It Unfolds

You do not need to see the whole journey to begin walking.

  1. Share what you are carrying

An initial reflection, in your own words.

    More about this step

Nothing clinical, and nothing you must finish perfectly. This first reflection is only a beginning — it is read by a Guide before anything is arranged.

  2. Sit and be listened to

A Guide reaches out to arrange an Initial Discovery Conversation.

    More about this step

This is listening, not assessment. Nothing is scheduled, offered, or explored more deeply before this conversation has been held.

  3. Mutual Discernment

Together we consider whether this Garden is the right place.

    More about this step

Right place, right season, for what you are carrying now. If something else would serve you better, we will say so plainly and help you toward it.

  4. Beginning Together

Agreements and onboarding settle the ground first.

    More about this step

Consent, privacy and your own preferences are completed before anything is scheduled, so that the walking can begin on settled ground.

  5. Exploration

The fuller questions, asked with you rather than of you.

    More about this step

Your Guide asks and records the fuller Exploration across the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This comes after you have been listened to and after Beginning Together — never before.

  6. Collective Tending

Your Guides consider what has been heard, together.

    More about this step

The circle meets over your whole picture so that what is offered reflects all four Bodies, not one Guide's corner of the garden.

  7. Active Tending

What has been discerned arrives in Your Garden.

Tending may take the form of

    Consult
A focused conversation or guidance session.
    Offering
A supportive practice, modality, or experience.
    Harvest
Something prepared, gathered, or made available to support your Tending.
    Rootwork
Something you carry into daily life to practice, reflect on, or complete.
    More about this step

Each step arrives with the reason it was gathered for you, what it asks of you, and what comes next. Nothing appears without that reason. What becomes part of your Tending is considered in relationship with you.

  8. Continued Tending

The walking continues at the pace of your seasons.

    More about this step

Tending can continue, shift, deepen, pause, or change over time. There is room to pause, room to rest, and room to return. Continuing is a choice made again and again.

Love Leads This Exchange

How giving and receiving are held within the Garden.

Love reigns here first, before any number is spoken.

You are not asked to prove your need or negotiate your worth. What you're able to offer today is enough, and it does not change what you receive.

Some seasons are full, and giving more becomes a way of loving those around you. Some seasons are lean, and receiving fully is simply what's needed. Both are held the same way here.

What is planted in good faith returns. That is not a policy. It is how love moves.
