Fruit of the Soil
What calls you here is already within you.
Inner Reflection
You may have arrived here because something feels different.
Perhaps your body has changed. Your thoughts feel heavier. An emotion continues to surface. Your energy feels unfamiliar. Or perhaps nothing feels wrong at all, you simply sense that something within you is asking for your attention.
At Fruit of the Soil, we invite you to begin by remembering: what you are experiencing is not who you are.
We do not seek to make an identity of a symptom, a difficult season, or a passing state. Instead, we become curious about what the experience may be inviting us to notice.
The body can signal. The mind can signal. The emotions can signal. The spirit can call us into deeper awareness.
Rather than immediately asking, "What is wrong with me?", we may begin with different questions:
- What am I noticing?
- What might this be inviting me to notice?
- What is flourishing even here?
- What may be asking for my attention?
- What am I being invited to tend?
You are one whole being. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual experiences may move together, each offering another way of listening to the whole.
The reflections below are not identities, diagnoses, or conclusions. They are simply invitations to notice.
Take what resonates. Leave what does not. You do not need to name yourself by anything you find here.
If Something Is Asking to Be Tended
You do not need to arrive knowing what it means or what you need.
You may simply come with what you have noticed.
A Guide can listen with you, making room for what is present, what is already flourishing, and what you desire to cultivate.
What follows is not predetermined.
Tending emerges through listening, Exploration, and discernment.
Before You Leave This Space
Perhaps nothing you noticed here needs to become a label. Simply ask:
- What is flourishing within me?
- What am I experiencing, not becoming?
- What may be asking for my attention?
- What do I desire to cultivate?
- What, if anything, feels ready to be tended?
You do not have to arrive at Fruit of the Soil already knowing the answer. Your Guide can listen with you.
"The soil remembers. The roots steady you."
If something here feels familiar, you do not need to decide what it means today. Noticing is enough for a beginning.
